This lineup is tricky, and I can honestly say from experience with both in high end play that Priest/mage/warlock has the advantage. While a priest team is much more vulnerable to rogues than druid/mage/warlock, in this "semi-mirror" having dispel, mana burn, mass dispel, and prayer of mending really make the difference. However, it's not a completely one-sided fight (like rogue teams are versus this comp), and there are certain things you can do to come out ahead.

Optimal spec for warlock: Sl/Sl, followed by UA at a distant second.
Losing the ability to dot everything is a big problem in this fight, especially given the other team is invariably going to do it to you. However, your healer is in a whole other league from theres, so keeping the pet on the priest after he's oom will be your best shot at winning.

In order to get that priest oom, there's two approaches that work decently well, although it's unfortunate that you must choose which one to use based on what the other team does to you. If they decide to play the mana war (dotting and mana draining your mage, while getting lots of mana burns off on the mage, followed by the druid), you're going to have to as well, and trying to burst someone while you're getting drained is going to lead to a loss on your part. If they decide to start doing damage, then you should as well, although you can then decide if you want to start mana-draining instead. Keep in mind that theyre going to be able to drain you faster than you them, although once they ARE oom, they're going to have a tougher time getting mana back, since their healer can't get away from a felhunter as easily as yours, and YOUR healer has fairly reliable forms of cc to get the felhunter off of your mage (roots and cyclone).

In either case, the easiest target for dps is the mage (of either team). I've had marginal success in the past wearing spell penetration (125+) and killing felhunters (then their masters), but the coordination to do so isn't really worth the effort in this case, in my opinion - your best bet is to keep dots up on the mage and either run him oom or cc his healer during the iceblock before killing him. This is definitely your best bet if you decide you don't want to be UA or SL/Sl for this fight. At the same time, a mini-war between warlocks could be going on, and getting cc on their warlock is, while a challenge given they have a dispeller, necessary to get your damage on the mage. Curse of Tongues on the mage AND warlock is a good idea, and sneaking in mana drains isn't a terrible one either.

Again, you have the healing advantage here, so don't be afraid to take the fight slow, so long as your mage can retain his mana for when it matters. Interrupting the opposing mage's evocation is HUGE, and i've seen cases where dropping an innervate on a mage has made the difference (although your druid isn't exactly going to be full on mana usually). Your deathcoil is going to be best used interrupting a mass dispel, and don't even try killing the priest, ever. Ever, ever. Unless it's a dwarf, in which case you should DEFINITELY NEVER TARGET HIM and should slap yourself for thinking about it. Good luck, and if you have a rogue on your roster, you're pretty much going to steamroll this lineup with him or her, regardless of your other two players - so that's always an option.
