This is a rarely seen lineup that has a surprising ability to kill druids, while still having the 'epic combo' druid/warlock within, granting utility to get into the high ratings (if rarely).

Optimal warlock spec: sl/sl, followed by felguard or UA - anything with constant damage unrestrained from CC (stay away from ruin specs). From my (albeit limited) experience this team will not bother getting on your mage, but could try to kill your druid or warlock, and as such their warlock will primarily be focusing on ccing the hell out of your mage. Therefore, your number 1 priority is cc'ing the warlock through the use of CoT, fear, sheep, counterspells, and LoS (including roots and curse of exhaustion), while trying to pull the warrior out of range of their paladin (since you won't be able to reliably save counterspells for him, and with CoT it's a bit overkill anyway). Obviously counterspell a heal if possible, but don't hesitate to catch a fear or shadowbolt with it instead.

Your ultimate goal here is to outlast the team, and a felguard or siphon life spec will be key here, allowing the druid to focus entirely on healing himself (warlock can keep himself up) if targetted. The single most important strategy to work off of is, beyond keeping your mage from being controlled, DOT EVERYTHING. Keep corruption up on all three targets and the opposing pet, siphon on everything that moves and Curse of tongues x 2 + CoWx1. If you have to choose someone to dot over someone else, due to GCD restrictions, LoS, mana, etc - DOT THE PALADIN. Keeping pressure on that healer is very very important, and eventually you're going to wear him down to the point that you can burst a warlock (or warlock pet, followed by a warlock) or blow up the warrior.

Again, of chief importance is dispelling defensively: specifically Judgement of Justice on your druid, and fears on your mage.
