Note: IF the shaman is elemental, a 17/33/11 build is slightly better (in my experience) than a UA build for your warlock's spec. If restoration, UA wins out, and that particular strategy will be submitted under the appropriate title.

Assuming he's elemental, the shaman is your target. First priority for your warlock is to be counterspelling lightning spells, and keeping curse of tongues up on both the shaman and paladin (in that order). The mage should be using his CSs less blindly, and reserve them for the paladin if the shaman is getting low, or on the shaman only when someone on your team is being threatened. Both casters should be doing as much dmg as possible to the shaman, and alternating cc on the paladin. If your warlock finds you have extra gcds with full dots up, especially if you're sl/sl and don't want to risk chaining slow shadowbolts, dotting the paladin (and CoWing the warrior) are great to keep the pressure up, and even mana drains can help a ton.
