I’m pleased to announce that after a weekend of work, we are finally taking a giant step forward in to Beta Version 2. We’re constantly trying to improve our layouts so if you have any feedback or suggestions, please voice them on our forums.

Now the exciting stuff, we introduce the addition of our newest tool: Arena Matrix. After over 2 Seasons of Arena play, the most common type of questions I have seen has always been “What do we do with X versus Y?” After developing this tool for a couple of months, it is finally ready for release to the public. On each lineup versus lineup page, you will find many different strategies submitted by users like you. Each strategy page also includes commenting function to allow further discus of that strategy.

The tool utilizes dynamic database that will let everyone to voice their takes on each lineup they expertise at. When looking up World of Warcraft game information, www.wowhead.com does an excellent job in sorting everything in to an organized database for our convenience. I hope that Arena Matrix will become the tool people can rely on in finding the answers to all your lineup questions.

   The matrix rules, although there isn’t much now seeing as it just came out, I can already see how full of strategies it will be in a few weeks

   How about adding a dropdown entry for “any” in the matrix search? That way I could see all strategies that are available for my team. The 2vs2 matrix spans multiple pages already now, making the browse matrix feature not very clear.

   Good call crobi, I’ll work on a filter for browse function so you could select to show strategies that only applies to your lineup!

   Your layout was fine by me, your new tool is nifty, but I’m getting pretty close to pulling you out of bookmarks because of the lack of content.
   You’re clearly not a daily check site and I’m coming pretty close to relegating you to a site that I only visit when another site links to you because you have something interesting up.
   You need some content, I mean even if its just MMO-Champion style “here’s what blues had to say today” its better than weeks of nothing.

   Ziss: Thanks for voicing your concern. I’m grateful to have readers like you watching out for the site. Yes there has been a very lacking of main page content since Thanksgiving of last year. One of the main reason is perhaps we had set the bar too high in terms of what is allowed on the main page. I always tried to get the best for my readers and ended up dismissing several lower quality(my own opinion) articles.
   Another reason is that it would seem most of the people that made promises to keep contributing ended up being 1 hit wanderers who just wanted to get something off their chest. I’m still working on getting some solid writers for different classes up as we speak. January will be a busy month for me (since I slacked off for most of December) and the site.

   Comments on strats on the matrix apear to have a few bugs. Things like qoutation marks cause errors, though maybe only when around certain words…lol

   Also there is no formatting at all
