Guess they weren’t kidding when blue said the devs wanted to buff deep Subtlety and get rid of the AR/Prep build. Here are the rogue changes listed in the new patch notes (these are the only class changes from the last set of notes):

Rogues
- Hemorrhage: This ability now correctly does additional damage when its debuff has already been applied.
- Preparation now resets the cooldown of Shadowstep and no longer resets the cooldown of Adrenaline Rush.
- Shadowstep now adds a 3 second, 70% movement speed increase.
- Sinister Calling now also increases the percentage damage bonus of Hemorrhage and Backstab by 2/4/6/8/10%

A change to the rated gear requirements was implemented today after maintenance to stop personal rating boosting — where a team deliberately tanks the team rating with alts in order to replay with the main character at a lower bracket:

“Please be aware that with this week’s maintenance, purchasing arena season 3 items that have a required arena personal rating will now also require the purchaser’s arena team rating to be at the same point values as well.

Unfortunately, this will not be properly displayed within the game; the in-game display will be fixed soon in an upcoming patch.” -Tyren

The WoW portion of CGS wrapped today and Pandemic continues it’s tournament domination by going a perfect 9-0 in 3v3 round robin play. Running mostly its familiar RMP with Nitrana/Ecilam/Kintt, Pandemic had little trouble throughout the day to collect their gold ($5k) and epics.

Over in the 2v2 bracket, in what could be called a surprise, the European teams topped the American teams in all of the first round matchups. The winner, wts skill, came out on top with a Druid/Lock setup taking home a phat $30k.
